I am a Certified Reiki Master/Practitioner, who has been trained and Certified in the traditional Usui method of Reiki.

 

Reiki energy healing originated in Japan. It is a technique that can reduce stress and promote relaxation and healing. By channeling Reiki energy, we can activate the body’s own natural healing and create in our body an environment that fosters physical and emotional well-being. The energy for healing is not generated by the practitioner – it simply flows through them and into the recipient.

 

I can also incorporate essential oils into your Reiki session if you like. I use Young Living essential oils daily, and they are a wonderful tool when added to energy work. I would love to share them with you!
