My name is Laura Beth Mathews, I am a Spiritual Coach and Teacher, Holy Fire® lll Reiki 2 Practitioner, Atlantean Quantum Healer, Intuitive Empath, Spiritual Entrepreneur, Yogi, Meditation and Kundalini Yoga Teacher, Spirit Junkie Masterclass Level 1 Alumni & Crystal lover.

 

From a young age I felt connected to spirit, nature, and had a deep inner knowing that I was on this earth to make a difference. As I got older, like many of us, that feeling dimmed until I was awakened in April of 2016 when I had a missed miscarriage at 8 1/2 weeks. 

 

This was a gut-wrenching time in my life. I hit rock bottom. I spiraled into a deep depression to the point I didn't want to live anymore. I prayed to The Universe for a turn around.

At that low point I found the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and enrolled and became an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach. 

 

I have transformed my life in ways I NEVER thought I would. I found my spiritual practice by learning from the likes of Gabby Bernstein (and...) I learned how to meditate, I brought yoga into my life and now I live my life in love, light, and abundance!

 

It was a long road to get here, but I have arrived! Of course, there are moments with ups and downs, that’s what being human is, but with the tools I have found I am now able to return to love very quickly. 

 

With me as your coach and healer I will teach you what I have learned and guide you through your rock bottom to live the life you deserve.
