For as long as I can remember I've been interested in metaphysics and alternative healing therapies.

My spiritual journey started with the Michael Harner Institute for Shamanic Healing where

I attended numerous workshops on Shamanic Healing, Soul Retrieval and Divination. Along the way I

learned how to work with crystals and do crystal ball and gemstone readings. I am a Level II Usui

Reiki practitioner. I volunteered at Newport Hospital for three years in the comfort care department

doing Hand massage and Reiki and also offered my services at the Edward King House Senior Center.

I am an Eden Energy Medicine Certified Practitioner. Eden energy medicine is my passion. I enjoy

working with energy, tracking the energy flow of the body and teaching others how to empower

themselves with healing techniques. I believe Energy Medicine is the medicine of the future.

What is Eden Energy Medicine?

It is a method of working with the body's energy system to help create health and wellness.

It recognizes energy as a vital, moving living force. Energy moves forward, crosses, spirals, moves

backwards and gets blocked. When energies are blocked it can interfere with the body's health leading

to pain, discomfort, emotional imbalance, illness and disease. The objective is to restore flow, balance

and harmony by using the body's natural healing energy.

It can be used as a complement to traditional medical care as well as a complete system of self care-

self help. Eden Energy Medicine teaches specific techniques that can be used to activate the body's

natural healing abilities. This can help restore vital energies that have become weak, disturbed or out of

balance.

Sessions are by appointment only and may be scheduled in any length from 30 minutes to 2 hours.

Quickie Energy Balance

The overall purpose of the Quickie Energy Balance is to open the person's energies and activate better

flow throughout the body. It clears clogged energy and balances the basic energy system. It is a great

stand alone session and an excellent starting place for working with a clients energies to receive and

integrate further energy work.

The Quickie Energy Balance combines hands on stimulation of points on the body with energy tracing

and other techniques to move energy in the field. This helps to get the bodies energies in better

communication and helps clients “inhabit” their bodies more fully. This is a great introduction to Eden

Energy Medicine.

lightly in a specific sequence. Brazilian Toe Technique can be very soothing for anyone suffering from

of chemotherapy and radiation.

Reiki

A Japanese healing treatment which promotes healing and reduces stress. Reiki is a simple, natural and

safe method of spiritual healing and self-improvement that everyone can use. It has been effective in

helping virtually every known illness and malady and creates a beneficial effect. It also works in

conjunction with all other medical or therapeutic techniques to relieve side effects and promote

recovery. It is administered by "laying on hands" and is based on the idea that an unseen "life force

energy" flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. If one's "life force energy" is low, then we

are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and
